Since the aftermath of Niqqson II’s New World protocols and concurrent inception of the NWF, there has been 7 Home Ministers holding tenure in Tatterstown’s government, me being the 7th. But this is the first time in history that Tatterstown is running on Prometheus-Eox Interface. It started a few days ago with gradual testing and remain effective now as I am speaking with the CEO of Eevves Corporation, the organisation responsible for designing The Eox. And here am I, who authorised the Act 13 amendment after in-cabinet direct democracy. As of now, everyone in the matrix, including me and Aidenson, the cabinet and the Eevves employees, the citizens, the non-citizens have system-level arborescence with the matrix running on Prometheus-Eox. Moreover, we are going to start WARP format rendering shortly, directly with Prometheus-Eox. Am I not exactly alike to what Aidenson is affected by? The sense of nervousness and excitement that follows one in the exact moment where she is neither underprepared nor of full authority… The God AI— The Oracle was finished in full operational state with satisfactory performance during the third great war and since is being subsequently refined over a long and still-active span in the New World. The Oracle, and its equivalents in other city states of the NWF, is the system’s very basic and crucial aspect for satisfying the Viability System Requirements designed by Eastern America. And every other surviving nation has a version of, or deviations from the same principle. The differences go only as far as the act of arriving at the same truth from different directions come; as each nation independently developed their own survival system. And theoretically all of the city states in the NWF have their own equivalent of Tatterstown’s Oracle, as we surely know; and all nations alive in the post-catastrophic world have their own equivalents in similar or different ways, as we can safely extrapolate. God AIs are of absolute necessity in the core design. The Eox, on the other hand, and in Tatterstown’s case, is a next-generation God AI developed in the New World by Eevves Corporation. This generation of God AIs’ speciality is that they are designed to interface with Titan AIs while Titan AIs are fully active yet practically controlled by the God AIs. The base generation of God AIs like The Oracle whereas keeps Titans in a state of functional hibernation and effectively relays the basic architecture and computations from the Titan AIs to run natively on a microkernel level and hence the God AI is the active administrative system of the matrix, further maintained by the humans of the governmental body and the affiliating corporations. That’s the way it has been since 2099. And now in 2149, we are sitting here, the minister who has authorised the amendement of Act 13 and the executive who has overseen the development of 2nd-gen God AIs.
